LTC Hound V2
Well, I told you guys it would take me until the next year before I ever finished the list of requested LTC MOCs. So, I was never quite happy with the original Hound that I built for this line. He had no identity for himself, and he was rather far from any existing canon. While that's sometimes good, such as my second-last LTC creation, this time was not so good. He was also overly simplistic. So, I completely redesigned him. This version is a G1-meets-Movieverse inspired creation. He's got the basic idea of the G1 hound, and the gut of the AOE film. It works quite well, actually. This guy took even longer than the last one to make, as the engineering for the legs was fine, but the arms just wouldn't work. It worked out in the end, however...

This guy's quite hard to transform, actually. Not fragile; just hard. So, to make it easier and quicker, I'm starting off in robot mode.

As usual, the lack of back kibble is a problem. I feel like it's a common theme nowadays, with me having to add in extra back kibble, otherwise the robot looks gappy.

Hound carries a massive gun, which is a complete copy of THIS VIDEO. Ah well, I've done it before anyway.

You can actually remove the gun...

...and transform it back into a hand!

And here's the full version of Hound. He looks pretty damn cool. He also stands better without the massive, heavy gun.

Here's just a close-up of the chest. I started out with a basic hound chest that was simple shoved forward to make him fatter, and then I eventually made it even further out, made it separate a bit and open up like a typical bayformer.

This gif may take a while to load if you come into the page straight away or if you have a slow internet speed, but it's the transformation gif. It'll show you just how complex it actually is.

And here we have hound in his vehicle mode!

This mode, like the robot mode, blends his G1 and AOE counterparts. It creates a battle car which looks awesome. Fun fact; his windshields actually become his chest, and not fake ones.

Yes those are the arms folded up back there, but it isn't that noticeable.

You can in fact attach the gun to his side, and it can stay there during the transformation. I took it off, though, as it makes the whole thing a lot harder.

And that's basically it for the IRL stuff!

As always, feel free to download the LDD. You don't have to, but what you do have to do is like and comment, and if you haven't already add me as a favourite builder. If you do not, I'll never make Transformat Bumblebee, or LTC Windblade, or LTC Death's Head, and that wouldn't be nice, would it? So, make sure to do that. And as always, happy building! :)
