A soviet behemoth fitted with a 152mm working autoloader.
About this creation
I present my latest model, a ISU-152 that was built off the chassis of my IS-2. The autoloader for this model was built entirely by me, as with my last model I used a modified mechanism from Kelkschiz. The autoloader functions on a rack and pinion that is engaged for reloading and disengages when the gun fires. The range of the autoloader isn't anything too impressive, but it has a steady fire rate. There are limitations with the driving ring, as it can disengage if there is too much torque applied to it, but with a 2015 version of the driving ring, it would be possible to have a stronger rubber band to power it. The model seems to perform great in the snow, as the wider tracks provide great floatation, and it has a relatively low gear reduction to it.
