Hi’ya folks! Today is a very special day! Why? Because you are being treated to not only one…but THREE…MOCs in the very same post!
About this creation

THE MAIN MOC….

To start things off, the overall MOC is a cartoon LEGO self-portrait.
(Geez…Who does That???)

Anyway, ‘ LEGO Me’ is shown here creating a…um….creation.

THE MIDDLE MOC…..

This is the MOC that ’LEGO Me’ has built, featuring the Emmet minifig constructing a MOC of his own.

THE MINI MOC
This is a skyscraper model that was supposedly built by Emmet, who in turn was modeled by ’LEGO Me’, who was constructed by…..confused yet?

For the skyscraper, I stuck to only the smallest parts to keep things in perspective with Emmet. The model is 6 ˝ “ high, so at the average minifig scale of 1:45, this would be a 24 ˝ foot high structure if we were to build it our size!

Hmmmm, that’s a lot of bricks.

Here's a close-up of 'LEGO Me'.
Yep, that’s grey hair…….

I'll try to be there. Depends on what I have on my plate that weekend. Sorry I didn't see your question sooner, what with all the recent difficulties with MOCpages.

Quoting Jeremy McCreary OK, that does it, Ed! You've =gotta= come join us in DENLUG (www.denlug.net) and put your stuff in our shows. Instant crowd-pleasers, guaranteed! We've put on 3 outdoor shows in Castle Rock's downtown park in the last 15 months and are due for another (Oktoberfest) on October 3, 2015, so I truly hope you'll take this invitation seriously. Also, you and I need to get together, as I'm just up the road in Greenwood Village: mocpages@cliffshade.com.
Will you be at Oktoberfest in Castle Rock?

Quoting Jeremy McCreary But you can't wear that purple tie to shows. Sorry.
Hi, Jeremy. Thank ye kindly for the invite.. I will take you up on it if I can find a chance. My plate is pretty full for the next couple of months with music gigs, and, on top of that, my inventory of LEGO elements is still way too small to commit to more than one or two display pieces at one time. Right now, my MO is to construct a MOC, photo it, and tear it apart so that I have enough parts to build something else....sigh!

Holy Smokes! You guys are right. This DOES look like Stan Lee! All I would need to do is trade the reading glasses for some brown shades, remove the tie, replace the shirt with a dark grey or black sport jacket, and maybe throw a little yellow and tan shading in the hairline. Stan still retains a good amount of his natural hair color. Unfortunately, this model was dismantled shortly after it was photo'd, so I would have to rebuild it. Thank you all for all for looking and all the kind responses!

Ha! Genius right there. Can't agree more with Tim (ouch) that it looked like Stan Lee. A little grey is a distinguished look, at least that's what I tell myself before I buzz off the four day growth on my face. Love the "tongue of frustration" on the face, adds a frightening level of reality. ;) Excellent!

Really nice work, Ed. Love the expression on the brick-built face. At first, I thought it was a LEGO caricature of Stan Lee. Now, I'm just imagining that you look a lot like Stan Lee;) Digging how you infuse humor into your works, Ed. Can't wait to see what's next.
