Plagor Triton
these are the terrors of the underwater Plagor homeworld. As with the Plagor Lamia, these creatures have been brought to various worlds to wipe out native creatures and most inmportantly native civiliaztions. these Tritons can not be controlled by the Pagors, and will even attack Plagor ships if given the chance. they are used to attack in swarms against larger underwater convoys, useing their 8 serrated tentacles to tear open Taliarn ships. Tritons are not that armored and will die fairly easily if directly shot, but due to their speed and numbers they usually kill any convoy they are sent against. Taliarni have used toxins to deter Tritons with great effect, but the Toxins only work for small spaces of water, and as soon as the convoys leave the protective cloud they are vulnerable to attack again. Tritons are not true squid, but share many of the same charateristics. the main differeces are the lack of suckers and the spliting arms, something most Plagor creature have in common. These terrors of the deep have become failry common in the seas, and attack both sides now.

Another powerful species out of control, but since it's not on YOUR homeworld, you don't care, hmph. :P Nice work. MAVTs UW turrets make short work of these, but they're too fast to track well.
