Recent reconnaissance pictures of a hidden rocket launch facility.
About this creation

This first photo shows the Control Facility, based at the top of a high tower. It also shows the helipad, used by visiting VIPs and the Tracking Facility, with its parabolic antennas.

The spacebase is kept supplied via a branch line. The goods yard features a large gantry crane for off-loading the containers. Most of these are filled with different types of tea. Occasionally they hold rocket fuel and radar parts.

The containers are moved around the site by this low-loader. It is pictured here outside the Rocket Assembly Building.

This picture shows the Transporter Erector Launcher vehicle emerging from the Rocket Assembly Building, via the door/exit ramp. It is believed that the "Thunderbirds" music plays every time this door is opened.

The TEL travels on a special yellow brick road to the launch pad. The launch pad features a stabilising tower and exhaust gas diffuser.

Lastly we see a rocket blasting off into space, on a super secret special mission. Its purpose is no doubt something to do with helping the ERRM to win Decisive Action 2.

Quoting Crimso Giger I've missed this one... looks like a very, very vintage set with those primary colors and boxy look (which I like !!!) - but then a closer look shows awesome details ! A truly unique MOC that only a great builder could do. And LOL for "the yellow brick road" :)
I know what you mean about the look of this. The big, green baseplate is a throwback to the sets of early 1980s. I think it's amplified by my use of yellow, a bit like the original castle set. My favourite part is the TEL vehicle.

Quoting Pico van Grootveld I had to look twice to notice everything in this build, there's much to see! Very colorful build, I might think they are indeed sponsored by Mickey D :D The feature I like most is the rocket loader coming out of the hangar. Top stuff
Thank you! That photo is one of my favourites from my DA2 builds too.

Quoting Kermunklin the Giant Evil House Head Looks pretty cool. Is it on Planet Iowa, by ant chance? Or maybe Planet McDonalds? Great, now I'm hungry!
You're right! With this colour scheme I should have included some golden arches!

Such an amazing build. The train ships tea, of course. Perhaps the rocket is powered by earl grey?

Quoting matt rowntRee I'm afraid that the Thunderbirds' theme plays in my head most of the time in spite of doors taking a ridiculously long time to open. ;) Super Secret Base posted for the entire world to see. Well played. XD
What do you mean "...for the entire world to see."? There's only you and me here on MOCpages. Everyone else is just a figment of your imagination :D
