This building was inspired by set Modular Building set numbers 10246: Detective Office, and was originally designed in March 2015. LDD file included!
About this creation
It was replaced by a revamped version of the first model, and now I have taken a long, hard look and decided it was too simplistic looking for my tastes... so I went back to my model lists and came back to this version of Johnny thunder's office you see now.

Unlike most of my buildings, the levels of this building lift off like a modular, instead of swinging open like a dollhouse.

Fictional background:

Built as The Highlander Bar in 1897, it served root beer until Johnny Thunder bought it in 1918 after returning from serving in World War I. He then turned it into his personal office and living space.

The back of the building features four windows, but no back door.

The top floor is his living quarters, with a bed, table, stove, and telephone.

The bottom floor holds the actual office with a desk + chairs, an artifact display case and three large filing cabinets full of important contact information, treasure leads, and reports of strange occurrences, along with the occasional Vegemite Sand-which.

The car sitting outside the building is Johnny's Treasure Raider and was built in 1924 to help keep Johnny mobile in high risk situations, such as being shot at by Lord Sam Sinister. It is also included in the building's LDD file.

Quoting Scott Bourgeois About time Johnny got a decent office to work from. Great build!
Thank you! I'm working on making the Sinister Manor a lift away instead of a swing-open as well.
