About this creation

IMG_1109

Henry and Everard land at Dablado. They befriend a homeless man, and convince him to come with him and join The Flame of Santuario for the greater good of the layman.

CBC: Final Duel

I also entered this build into the Collosal Battle Contest under the category Final Duel. I also did the 100% Lego sub-category.

LoM UC

As you can see, I built the main MOC and background completely separate.

The hands-down highlight of the build! I spent three weeks slaving away on this! That one SNOT technique (in the sand part that I know-you-can't-even-see) took forever!

Desert Skirmish

Pretty satisfied with this build. I haven't built a desert themed MOC in a while, but I think this turned out quite nicely. The texturing looks good, and the large shed (not a tiny house, guys) turned out well too.

We all forget the obvious stuff :P Like me once in the Reverse Engineering Contest, where I started to think about wedging random tiny rare pieces in between roller skates to attach them together, but never even thought about just putting in a 3rd rollerskate :P

Quoting Halhi 141 Love it! I've always really appreciated the great atmosphere of your builds, and this one in particular stands out with the excellent lighting and backdrop. The scene overall looks beautiful, but the sun detracts a lot because of the square outer shape. You could connect the sun by the center tube of the 2x2 round plate in order to hide the SNOT bricks behind it, which would improve this immensely.
*facepalm* How did I not think of that?!?

I wasn't planning on commenting here, but this impressed me so much I had to. Great job! While I am not such a fan of the roof on the building and the sun, the landscaping here is incredible! Keep it up!

Quoting Jack Sparrow Noel, I'm impressed. I was building some cool stuff at 12 (in 1995 eek!) but your skill far surpasses anything I accomplished back then (some might even say now as well :-P) God gave you a great gift. Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks, Jack! God has blessed me very much.
