Okay, this one is actually Dustup. The last car was Jumpstream. I made a repeated typo, that happened way too many times. I feel really embarrassed about it, but whatever. Moving onto the actual Dustup, this car mode has the biggest deviation from its source material. I thought the whole Dead End car design was overdone, so I decided to make Dustup a muscle car. Here’s the problem, though: I tried making this guy three times before it worked. One of the horrible attempts can be seen after this MOC is over, but before that let’s just go over the first of the two arms.

Starting off with the LDD file, you can see that the colour scheme is…the same as usual.

Well, except for the back. A lot of the hidden red ends up on the back.

The vehicle mode is one of the largest out of the combiner group.

The front section is one of the only two parts that were carried over from the original design. The second was the head.

I honestly have more to say about the robot mode than the vehicle mode, so this image doesn’t need an annotation.

Neither does this one.

These images do, though. He does have some combiner kibble, but to give it something to do it can become a rocket pod that attaches on top of the car.

It can also go either way.

The transformation is basic Carformer goodness, except for the front section. It twists around and folds down in the same style as Windblade. Other than that, there’s nothing really different.

The robot mode is also one of the tallest of the group, despite being a car when Pyra Magna’s a truck. Oh well, shuttle size in Bruticus; it’s how it works.

Most of the kibble ends up on the back and lower legs, so thankfully the robot mode looks mostly clean..

The bumpers may be a bit distracting, but they’re not the worst kibble

The chest design is one I’m really proud of, but then again it’s just a repurposed Windblade chest.

The transformation to arm mode is half robot half vehicle. The top half folds up for vehicular kibbleness while the bottom stays in the leg formation. You then remove one of the panels, stick it onto the combiner kibble and then stick the combiner kibble into where the panel was, along with the hand from Pyra Magna’s trailer.

Okay, not going to lie: keeping the arm in show is hard. It’s so tall that either it stays slightly out of frame of the camera goes outside the boundaries of the backdrop.

That aside, the arm is fully articulated and completely sturdy. And, also, these are the only photos I took.

Aaaaaaand here is the atrocious prototype that I made.

Note the overly large skirt armour; the stumpy arms; the useless shoulder pads…

…the hollow legs that are way too long, YES! The other problems could be fixed…

…but the legs are unfixable.

The other issue was the waist. I’ll let the incredibly over-complex and dangerously flimsy transformation in the video above talk for itself while I tell you to like, comment and add me as a favourite builder. And as always, happy building!

Sweet! Don't feel bad about the typo, people do stuff like that all the time. :)
