CS Mineral Detector and Investigator (MD&I)
Nicknamed "the egg" by the spacemen who drove it, the MD&I is one of the fastest ships in the CS fleet. Armed with no weapons the ship is very light and maneouvarable. This makes it very easy to reach the edge of the known universe to discover new planets. The ship's purpose is to discover minerals and liquids on planets. It is specially adaptedfor the job with a robot on the back which can be detached to go off and scan for minerals. For the more extreme spacemen you can fly without the robot, reaching even quicker speeds and esplore the planets by yourself.
About this creation

Of course the robot can be detached and sent out to find minerals controlled remotely or by its own accord. All whilst he spaceman can fly in another direction or hang back so the robot can go into dangerous places.

C'mon how cute is that! =)

Landed

Hello everyone. I have recently got into CS again after a long time without building in it. I had forgotten how fun building CS is! (I hope to buy some more CS stuff soon. At the moment I only have the one figure! So expect more CS stuff from me.) For this build I destroyed my progress and started again many times as I didn't really have an idea for a ship and was basically just copying other peoples stuff badly. I saw David Robert's space hopper bui, d and knew that I wanted to build a sphere ship. Then this happened. I hope you liked it. (Can I just say that I love the stairs in the space station. I copied them off of someones design on Flikr (I'm not over there by the way) and they look awesome!)
Bye

Cameron =)

Quoting Gerald F. That is one comfy cockpit. I'm impressed with how much gadgets and little details you fit into this ship. The maintenance bay set is also really cool! Superb work! Keep On Brickin'!
Thanks! =)

I like the two Lowell spheres that make up this ship and how the rear detaches to become the robot.
