Well not really, especially in case of characters. Sure, a landscape or piece of architecture might be fine on its own, but a character is usually greatly improved by even a basic description. I myself are against huge walls of text, but I find some little facts besides the name really help immersion.
I like psionic characters, and I like female bionicles especially, since I never managed to make a convincing one. Also, great idea to pair that old blade with that new shield. I would have liked a bit more flavor text to see how she'd measure up against my Psyonex :) Well done.
