Update on a New tank, and Update on an Oldie...
Finally, my 3x3 pulley wheels, and 4L Axles with flush stops arrived...
About this creation

finally My roadwheels came, so my T-55A doesnt have those dark flat disks as front wheels..

and I've gotten 25 4L axles with flush stop, no more worrying about my roadwheels falling off, I knew when I designed this tank in LDD after making the real life version those axles were the way to go, I even replaced the axles mounting the drive sprocket, and bam, this thing will roll over even glass without a hitch!

I had just enough left over to bring this beauty back from the grave, When I made the T-55A I had to steal the running gear from my E-100, leaving it little more than a hull and turret sitting on the shelf like a paper weight, like a tank sitting on blocks... but NO MORE! its back in action, and with some updates...

Completely removable sideskirts!, the LDD model I made all those years ago had the side armor SNOTed plates come off, but no, now the full armor skirts come off in scale to the tank, seeing as how the turret is as wide as the main hull, the sideskirts have to come off all the way to the turret width in the hull, as shown below...

(E-100 without sideskirts, this crew must value mobility over protection)

The skirts come off one at a time, meaning you control which areas of the side hull have the most protection

I knew I couldnt make the E-100 all the same color, simply because the front and rear turret face pieces, and gun mantle are megabloks (oh no he used a different brand, BURN HIM AT THE STAKE!) and such probably dont come in the dark bley I'd want... as you can see though, Lego doesnt make a 3x4 angle "wing" plate like I needed, so I had to look elsewhere...

But I knew I could put as much detail as I wanted into the E-100, and seeing as how I made this one for basically looks and model like quality, thats why the rest of my "Rough Rider" tanks came about so I could make a tank I could actually play with, and not worry about it breaking *looking at you over there Mr. T-55A*...

yeah, great color schemes, I know, Im all about that...

gotta love Girls und Panzer...
Bye for now!

Quoting Loek M Who let you into my WoT garage? :P I have both the E 100 and the T-55, german powahh... That E 100 is actually very nice though. And the T-55, well, it's your usual playability style but it works, I like that one too.
thanks, yeah the E-100 is the "stand on shelf" model, and honestly the only thing thats wrong with the T-55A is I couldnt put in the splash plate, and the turret isnt as round as I'd like at this scale, but hey, its lego, close enough right? haha, oh and I did figure out how to properly make its fume extractor... Ill be redoing the LDD models cover so you can see it, its on the real one to...

Quoting Boer Harms your models are amazing! but seriously dude... its called bricklink XD BTW i'm currently working on an SD KFZ 7
pffft its called Swagouflage :) thanks for the compliments though, I cant afford to make single, or even nice camo colored tanks, so I gotta work with what I got... Rainbow bricks to test things, and LDD for fine products...
