This is a medieval cottage created by me in Bracket B, for the category of Wanted for Illegal Mocing.
About this creation

Today I have made a medieval cottage for the 2016 MMO, I am really pumped about this MMO, and please do not take any ideas other than building techniques! Thanks!

About the build:
Anyways, this is a medieval cottage for somebody who is totally crazed, I wanted it to feel slightly nice looking, slightly overgrown. in other words, I wanted it to feel like this guy is quirky about certain things, and doesn't really care as mush for other things. My Illegal connection is in the gateway piece, the headlight bricks are stacked illegallyy, and also there is a brown 1x2 sticking out of the floor illegally, the tree is actually built legally, because I didn't want to bend my tree leaves, I used 1x2 hinges that click, made a hexagon with varying angles, then placed more 1x2 clicking hinges all at 45 degree angles, then placed 1x1 circular flats on those pieces, and stuck the tree leaves randomly to those to create a natural feel. There is also a bridge over water with some debris in it, which leads on a path through the gate to the front door, which inside on the first floor, there is a ladder, a treasure chest, some maps on the floor, a regular shelf, and a bookshelf, then the ladder leads up to a liftable second floor with the liftable roof, a bed, another shelf, a writing desk, a bench, and finally a glass window. Back outside, there is a fence with some broken rails, small shrubs, large shrubs, the tree, a rockwork with a mixture of studs up technique and SNOT, I know they kind of clash, but I think it worked out well, and finally a small amount of forced perspective on the bottom of the baseplate which reaches on the front two sides.

Here is an exterior pic of where the build is figless:

Quoting MCLegoboy ! I hate this category so much, and I don't know if you fully understood it either because half the things you mentioned are SNOT, which you acknowledged, but that is perfectly legal, but whatever, I'm just going to focus on the final product. I think that it's a little over detailed with different colors and textures. Tone it down a bit. Stick to a single color for grass, and a single color for water. The rocks also seem to be a bit scattered, too. The structure is great though, and it is very succesful. The detail outside just needs to be a lot simpler to not be distracting from the focus. I give it an 8/10. Thanks for committing and posting an entry.
Thanks! I personally don't like this build, the stonework on the house is awful, and the rockwork is terrible, and I agree, the grass is messy, thanks for you generous rating!
