[Brickfilm] Micro Space: Close Encounters
After nearly a month of full dedication, constant all-nighters, and much work, my latest film is finally here. I postponed Deep Mines for the time being, seeing as I still haven't received my new camera. Enjoy!
About this creation
Intro:
In a universe where everything is small, a little spaceman discovers some unique crystals on the rocky planet Pryus. As he waits for his twin brother to arrive and help him mine the crystals, things get complicated when someone else arrives and threatens him...

Note:
I was inspired to make this film after I worked on my new custom hand-painted LEGO microfigures from the now retired LEGO Games line. This film is 7 minutes long, my longest movie yet, and it took me nearly a month to complete. Considering that this is my third film, I am quite satisfied with the result seeing as the visuals and special effects have improved a lot since my previous film "Alone." Also, I might turn "Micro Space" into an episodic series. If you liked this film, don't forget to subscribe to watch the following episodes as they come out in the future, along with other Brickfilms and projects.

I hope you enjoy this film!

Quoting Hildigrim Took Wow Gerald! That is fantastic, despite the micro-figs having less flexibility you made them move quite well! I'm impressed! :)
Thank you, my friend! My goodness, yes. Luckily most of he movement was just walking and jumping over a stud or some clay. Nothing too complicated. However, for any future episodes, filming a fight scene with just the figures might be a bit harder haha. I'm up for a challenge. Thanks for watching!

Quoting David Roberts A great film! I dug my laptop out specially to watch it :D Te story is good and the lighting and camera work and even better. Your camera never wobble and the lighting is so constant. I like how smoothly the machines move and how the little figures jump and fidget: it gives them all life and character. Some of the words are a bit rude for the happy spacemen that I have in my head but I realise that it's not how everyone see things.
Hello David! Sorry about the hyperlink. I'm very happy to know that you got your laptop just to see the film. Thanks very much for the kind words and for pointing out the good features of the film. Aa ton of work went into it in order to get it right. As for the vocabulary, yeah I did go a little bit vulgar haha. I figured it wouldn't be pleasant for everybody, but I felt that Lenny had to be a little vulgar to give him a little more character. Thanks again!

Could you put an ordinary hyperlink for the film into the description too? I can't watch the video on my mobile phone on the MOCpages page. I realise I'll need to edit my pages with videos on them too.
