I'm working on a massive Robin Hood diorama for Brickworld Chicago in June and thought I'd share one of the buildings I've finished, the Medieval Watermill.
It has a power functions battery box and medium sized motor geared down to 1/5th regular speed that allows the wheel to spin at a reasonable pace. I really enjoyed building in this dilapidated style so reminiscent of the Middle Ages. The build looks fragile but is actually very supported with all the inside walls for backup. Sorry, no interior room left to decorate.

I've also built a cottage and blacksmith shop and plan to build a windmill which will all be part of the village section. The village will sit between Nottingham Castle and Sherwood forest which is in the works. The total layout will be 13 x 4 baseplates (32x32 size). I appreciate your support and welcome any feedback!
