About this creation

Built in 1952 and renovated in 2002, this 2 story single bay station is home to Engine Company 102 and Utility 112 . It is located at 798 4th street on the westside. The ground floor area includes the apparatus bay, housewatch, the bottom of the brass pole and gear/equipment storage. The second floor area includes a kitchen, the top of the brass pole and a sleeping/recreation/office area. On the roof sits the original bell, that's has been fully restored. Utility 112 is parked in a reserved parking space in front of quarters. There are 4 shifts consisting of 6 men each. Each shift has 5 firefighters and one officer assigned to it. The shifts start at 8:00 A.M. and lasts 24 hours. The station is manned by 6 men 24/7. 5 men respond on the engine, while the 6th man is assigned to house watch and Utility 112. This is the 2nd busiest company in the city and the 4th busiest company in the county. This station was entirely built and modified by me.

Thanks. I wanted to put a lot of creative work into this station, to make it stand out from my other stations that are pretty basic. I will keep on brickin'. Thanks again! :)
