Wow this is really excellent work! Looks very, very accurate. Only thing that would make it look even better, is adding of some chromed parts for the bumpers, etc. I suggest you add big photos for future uploads, this one certainly deserves big Photos!
Wow, this is a beautiful truck my friend ;) Looks sooooo close to the real deal. Only thing I would prefer. The position of the beacon lights on the cab roof of the real one looks much better. Apart from this little detail your rig is awesome! :)
Adding to my ever-growing fleet of 1970s & 1980s engines and ladders is this white ALF Pioneer engine from the Shreveport LA Fire Department. When I built my red Pioneer a month ago, I knew I had to build a companion white Pioneer. But, as I try to make every rig unique (and when side-by-side with similar builds, completely different), as I was searching for photos of white Pioneers, the Shreveport engine stood out to me because of the black area behind the front warning lights. It took me a few minutes to figure out if this rig would be accurate in Lego form, and...you be the judge. :) Also, the forward-facing photo (the last one) showcases the interior of this cab; I always build engines and ladders with 4 minifig seats and a steering wheel. Although not minifig scale, all the interiors of my builds are as realistic as possible.
