with a mere 285 HP the lightweight BAC Mono can accelerate to 60in just 2.8seconds, and reach 170mph. this center seated track day car is the car to beat when the track gets twisty, and outright speed is no longer king.
My Lego Version follows the real cars ideals in lightweight, and aggressive aero work. almost all the body panels are angled in one direction or another to mimic the extreme shaping of the original car.
the body work is so tightly positioned around the driver that some will actually need to be removed to get the driver out. there is a whole figure legs and all in the car, along with a steering wheel.
this view shows all of the different angles the body panels are assembled in to reflect the real car's own wild angles.
a back view, highlighting the single exhaust tucked under the rear wing, and aggressive diffuser.
high top view showing how the body work pulls in around the driver and then flares out for the side intakes for the 285HP 2.3L engine
side profile with plenty of bodywork details including the intakes under the white body shell.

and lastly a meet up was arranged with an old favorite, the Pagani Huayra. :)
I hope you liked my build! comments and Critiques always welcomed!

AWEPICAL!!!! That shaping is SICK!
thanks, the shaping on this was/is very tricky to get right. I still am not completely happy with it myself, as there are more exposed studs on this than I would have liked. I'm still thinking of other options to limit the studs but haven't found a better solution yet.
