About this creation
Sorry guys, the pictures didn't turn out super well :(

Made for MELO 2017
My opponent Classical Bricks, good luck Calssical!
My category: Numenor

This had been a super busy week, though I managed to come up with this. I got the inspiration from a picture I saw online when I looked up Numenor. Sadly I didn't have enough pieces (or time) to make this the size I wanted, but it still turned out pretty good. I'm don't have time to say much else. Good luck to everyone still in the contest!

To God be the glory,

Carter

That's a very nice MOC, Carter! Maybe you have not as much ideas to this item as your opponent here, but the bridge is a little to clean and there's no eye-catcher like CB has one with the dome! Good luck further on!

Excellent build! I really like the towers built on the rocky islands! This was a really close decision, because your and your opponent's building skills and quality of your entries are almost on equal footing. In the end your opponent wins my vote though, since his MOC offered more variety and detail. Thanks for participating and congrats for winning one of the prizes!!

Still got it, man. The water especially looks great this time around. Keep up your great building, buddy.

Alright, this is going to be hard to decide. I personally like the use of small rounded plates within the towers for more texture, and overall they are very polished. However, your opponent used many new techniques that I have not seen before, and his build has a nice feel to it. In the end, it came down to minor things, and I had to vote for your opponent. Congratulations on having made it this far.

Another close call. I like the rockwork very well, and the angled towers. The base is really well done, with the uneven edges and water a little further back than the rock. The towers themselves were a little underwhelming. There is nice texture and brickwork there, but the design of them seemed a bit bland. This is a really good build, however my vote goes to your opponent.

I really enjoy the triangular composition of this paired with the bridges and elevation!

Beautiful build, it's a clean and well designed scene! I especially like the angle you've got the taller towers at!

Nice work on this! I like the water and landscaping, and the bridge fits in quite well. The towers look kind of squarish and uninteresting IMO, but overall the build is quite good. I'm really rushing to finish my entry in time, but hopefully this will be pretty close! Good luck!

Awesome Carter! That water looks great! I also really love the rockwork shaping as usual, the stonework has a nice cleanish feel, which fits good with the scene! One nitpick is the tops of the bridges, which IMO needs a little texturing here and there... Other than that, great job and good luck! :D
