A new Tardis interior, taking heavy inspirations from the Tardis from Classic who, what with it being quite compact and all. Now! on to the tour.
About this creation
Right-o, let us begin. This is a whole view. the base measures (brain clicks) around 30X30 studs and is around 14ish studs high. I went with yellow for the theme, as can be seen by the round things on the walls, the time rotor and the Doctors sonic screwdriver (which you will see later)
On to the close ups. This is where the Doctor relax's after a long days adventure through time and space. K-9 is also there (definitely not because I forgot he was there) as well as a clock, that I must say, I''m very proud of, as it uses many techniques.
Next up, the screen. I took inspiration from the classic Tardis' look, generally the fact they were smaller, and had wall mounted screens. Underneath the screen is a cabinet with a sword on display, a souvenir of adventures past.
The other corner, filled with...stuff...and things. There's also a hat stand, useful for hanging up...hats...
On to the doors, through which adventure awaits! I went with a snot technique in order to get a phone on the door. To the left, you can see a small fan for some reason...
A look at the Doctor (right) and his companions, Jackie Fischer and the other guy (who does not have a name because naming characters is not my forte. Coming up with 'Jackie Fischer' alone took an agonisingly long time)
Finally, the Doctor and co outside the Tardis. As you can see, this Tardis is different, same design, different colour. Well, the design is almost the same. On one hand, I like this design because it allowed for transparent windows. On the other hand, due my lack of 2X2 plates with a stud in this blue, the inside is made up of a block of white 2X2 bricks which hold the base and the top together, which sadly means there is no mini console for the inside.
