Well, this guy's been sitting on my Lego desk for about a month now awaiting a photo shoot and subsequent showing off here on the Pages...
No story here, just wanted to reiterate the fact that due to time constraints the resulting budgeted allowance for inspiration and creation has been severely diminished to the point at which my output is limited to micro builds.
Yup, a mouthful, but essentially the truth as it is.
I put this landing pad together today in about 45 minutes because the micro ship didn't have the ability to stand upright in the carpeting that I use for my backdrop. The essence of utilitarian design...
Realizing further that there was going to be no way to photograph this guy by himself on the carpet, so I made him go airborne (yes, taking pictures one-handed with this guy jiggling around on a spike was a bit tricky. It ended up okay in the end though).
That's it for a potentially long time. I'll do my best to stop in every once in a while.
Wow! you've done it again! I love that ship, with the cab to break things up, and the propeller piece in the back to add something "extra" to it. Glad to see your still around, I've been insane with work and life in general, sadly. I've still been building, just haven't found the time to post, not even sure that my studio in currently functional.... Anyway, again, excellent work, I'd love to see more from you, even if it's just a micro-build, but I know "time constraints", so I understand.
Nice work! I love the detail on the launch pad, especially the base of it with the tire hubs. I'm personally not a fan of the break in the sleek design that is the cockpit, but I really like the back wing things. Very nice MOC as always!
