About this creation
Here it is, my attempt to recreate the magnificent Porsche 918 Spyder in Lego bricks, with a couple more functions this time.

Features:
Opening doors
Moving spoiler
Working suspension (see WIP shots)
Working steering (see WIP shots)

I am specially proud of how the rear turned out, although I know the front could've been better, it is fairly difficult to build, I specially reccomend giving it a try to other MOCers.

The Front:

The Rear:

Good work! I love the back and the use of the upside down curved pieces under the lights! I feel like the one problem is the car might be a bit short. If you extend the chassis by 1 or 2 studs, then its perfect in my book! Great car, man!

Quoting Nick Barrett Cool model, the details are beautiful but proportions a tiny bit off as Minh says.
Quoting Sven ;o) It looks great no question but it seems to me that it's a bit too short compared to width and height. Apart from that it's a really nice ride with plenty of details. Great work my friend ;)
Quoting High Emperor Duckie Very nice job!
Thanks a lot everyone, and yeah, I know the proportions are a bit off, as soon as I can I'll try to add a stud or two to the middle of the car and will try to fugure out a way to make the rear longer as well.

I think it might be the whole car. Maybe try stretching the whole thing out lengthwise some distance - the real car is very long and lean looking (a first for Porsche! :) ). It could be that it's the whole car that is a little boxy. As for the issue of the rear being too short - perhaps that slope in front of the rear tire (the one you've made with a 2x3 wedge thing and a 1x3 tile) could be extended by replacing the 1x3 with a 2x3. On the real 918 the slope is about the length of a tire, so 4 studs. That might help. Plus, if you extend that you'll have an excuse to pull out the rest of the wheelbase to keep everything in proportion :)

Quoting Minh-Kha N. Yes! You finished it! Excellent work, buddy! As you said, you're open to constructive criticism, so here it comes: The rear is definitely awesome. Not a lot to be improved there, in my eyes. The model itself is perhaps a little stubby as compared to the real car, so try extending it? The only other thing is that you may want to bring the windshield forwards a tad. The front looks a little long. That's all I can find an issue with - the rest is simply spectacular! Oh, and in response to your recommendation....I've tried twice now. Not exactly a success. (=_=) Perhaps in the future, when my skills are more developed.
Wow, took me a while to read xD. Yeah, the rear changed more on the 'bonnet' and mudguards than on the rear end itself, making the shaping a bit better. As for the lenghth, I know that you mean, and I can see it too, the headlights made the front one stud longer than expected and makes the rear end looks very short, but I haven't found a way to make it look right :/

The rear looks awesome! The amount of details in the engine cover are unbelievably many. The front should be a bit cleaner (headlights and hood). The wheelbase (and so, the lenght of the whole car) sould be slightly bigger when compared to the width of the car. I also agree with pushing the windscreen 1 or 2 studs forward. And still, I give it a 5/5
