E 5
The smallest of the Entwicklung Series...
About this creation

- Historical Info -

The E-5 was supposed to be 5-10 tonnes in weight and form the basis of a family of light tanks, reconnaissance vehicles, casemate-form turretless Jagdpanzer-style tank destroyers and armored personnel carriers. So far no evidence of this tank is found in primary sources, and is quite likely to be a purported design of potential post-war origin.

- Model Features -

- Rolling tracks
- Elevating gun

- Builders Notes -

This thing is compromise personified... It's so small that it required 2x2 wheels... But 6 of them interleaved... On a 1 stud wide track... I had to make a massive compromise and in order to preserve the look of the model the wheels are static. However the drive sprocket and idler are not so in theory the tracks still roll.

Not to mention I didn't exactly have the greatest reference material to go by. Those two pictures are the best I found...
