Tales on Tatooine: The Grand Inquisitor leads a squad of Storm Troopers to hunt down Jedi in remote sectors of Tatooine
About this creation

So here is the whole Diorama

I also wished I could've bought the old Cantina set with Teal Greedo and the original Dewback, but it's too expensive :P That said when the new one came out I jumped at the chance. Everything looking way more up to date and was well worth it.

I currently have more Marvel MOC's ready to photography and post. I just have to find the best way to get said photos, as the dioramas are fairly large... and dusty at this point... oops :P

I also just built a Clone Wars Diorama. I'm watching the show again and loving it. I currently have a list I keep expanding as I watch. Everything on the list will become a vig or diorama sooner or later. This current one is cool, but too small, so I'm gonna partner it with a secondary vig and post them together.

I finished reading the canon Ahsoka Novel by the way. It was extremely good stuff! I'd totally recommend it. I need to get to reading the Thrawn book next.

Man I miss Clone Wars and Rebels set. I hope we see more released in the future, cause they were always fun, and have great figures!

Did they actually announce the Kenobi movie? I thought I remember that they did, but I swear I keep reading that it's still not confirmed... I hope it is I'd love to see it.

I'd also love to see a Maul movie, but you know I feel like the Animated shows kinda covered everything. Be great though!

Been watching a whole bunch of Clone Wars and Rebels Panels on youtube recently. It's awesome the amount of stuff you learn watching them. It's fun stuff.

It's funny I always preferred The prequels Clone Wars era as a kid, but Rebels really threw me back into the Original Trilogy world of my early Childhood and now I can't pick favourites :P

Still love Republic Gunships and Star Destroyers though. Probably my two favourite ships from both eras. I'll more then likely build some in the future.

Man watching the old Unfinished Clone Wars panel is so cool, but so sad. So much sounded so so good! I just wish we could see those finished and made into episodes.

Random question. But does anyone know the Video Game where you commanded a small squad of Snowspeeders on a brown rocky sort of planet (not Hoth) through some canyons and then had to blow up my satellites or command stations or something so the Empire couldn't detect you? There was more after that, that was just the beginning of the mission. I have super vivid memories of that and thinking it was so cool as a kid, but I can never remember what game it was... Maybe it was Rogue Squadron? Even still I can't find info on it on Youtube/Wikipedia etc. Any ideas hive mind of the Internet?

Also Kotor is a fantastic Star Wars game... man so many good Star Wars games. That said nothing beats classic old Battlefront 2 on PS2... so many memories.

So I currently have another Star Wars diorama (there are teaser photos on Flickr) it's been in progress for closer to 6 years. I've made lots of progress on it recently and will very likely finish it (finally) this year. It's probably the biggest thing I've made... so get hyped!

So this MOC was actually born from me wanting to change the Twin Suns MOC I just did into the same MOC but with a Tan base instead of Dark Tan... Then I thought, forget that! I want to made another diorama entirely!

Then after I built this the Homestead was next followed by the AT-ST... so you know I totally posted them out of order :P

And here are all the vigs together :)

Fourth Wall Commentary:
And this successfully ends my Tales on Tatooine MOC series... maybe. I had an idea for another vig the other day, so who knows :P But yeah, really happy with how they all turned out. My favourite one has got to be this one for sure. I love the aesthetic of a squadron walking on a vig, seeing all the different troopers and things, I don't know just think it looks cool :) So yeah, which of the series did you like the most?

Oh and I've got a Bionicle MOC coming to you next week, so stay tuned ;)

Couple final things:

I have a Flickr, take a look if you wish:

Really nice work. You don't just build, you craft the scene.

Really nice work again and a fantastic conclusion to a fantastic series! All of them are great but I think my favourite is the homestead.

Amazing moc. Can't wait to see the big diorama that you mentioned. Good work.

Thanks all! Ohhhh yeah another long MC comment :D Oh man that be a sweet movie, I so hope we see that, plus Cad Bane is an easy to love character, I imagine everyone would be totally in love with him. Ahhh now I want this movie haha. I am yet to read it, but plan to , but yeah he is in Dark Disciple. There's an unfinished scene of the Bounty Hunters vs Dooku, and they say it's in the book. Yeah I've thought about that too, I don't know what they could possibly do for a story in a Kenobi movie... I'm sure they'll wow us and do it though :D

Another good one. The Grand Inquisitor wouldn't stand a chance against Kenobi though. If Kanan can take him out, then Kenobi can do it in less then three moves. As for the Dewback, I have the 2004 one (Na-na-nana-naa XD) and I like it more than the redesign, but I don't have that one. I disapprove of the big hunk of plastic animals. Although the pieces are a little large and specialized, there's still a minimum of 12 pieces for each creature that uses that old Dinosaurs method, and you can always make another custom critter with the pieces afterward. At least have the legs move! And now switching gears, yeah man, those unfinished episodes are things I want to bad. What's nice is that they are for the most part treating them as canon, but things are still open to change, much like deleted scenes from the movies. It's all cherry picking until something is confirmed. But Cad Bane and Boba Fett! I still believe that Cad Bane is alive, I think he got hit on the shoulder. Cad would have been the better shot at the time, but since Boba had the Mandalorian Armor, he was able to make it out alive with the shot to the head. And also, I think Cad Bane is a better character than Boba and he needs to star in his own Guardians of the Galaxy/Suicide Squad type movie with a bunch of other bounty hunters trying to do something good but screwing it up, and just being bad at being good. It would take place right when cloning production has ceased, Stormtrooper recruitment has been in the works for a bit, and all the armor has been switched, so we'll have some clones and some regular guys mixed together. There's a Rebel cell that wants an Imperial McGuffin, that while wealthy, do not have the experience or troops to complete their goal, so they hire the bounty hunters of Cad Bane, Dengar, Bossk, Embo (I can't remember if he lives or not, I don't read the books because I'm too cool and lazy but I think I read on Wookieepedia he was in the Dark Disciple book with Asajj and Quinlan Vos, someone doesn't make it out alive, but I don't remember who.) Lats Razzi, and Aurra Sing, and one member of the Rebel Cell to insure that they do the job correctly and not just take the first bit of money and run. The main villain would be the Grand Inquisitor because that would fulfill your force user role, and give him some more character, and since these are Bounty Hunters, some of whom have dealt with force users (Like, all of Cad Bane's gadgets are made to combat them.), he'd be a credible threat. A lot of people think that we can't have an alien majority cast movie in Star Wars, but if we can do Guardians of the Galaxy with two CGI characters, two in full body makeup, and one normal guy, not to mention all the other characters and CGI madness that Star Wars already had, we can pull this off. Stick a few small prosthetics on for some, some larger ones for others, use CGI to help with Cad's mouth and eyes, Embo's eyes, for close ups, and basically all of Bossk's head, and you're set to go. I'm not saying it'll be easy, but it's simpler than people are making it out to be. All you need is a story, and the right people doing the makeup and effects, they've got Disney money backing them now (Although A Wrinkle in Time looked really bad, but that's different from STAR WARS, people actually know what Star Wars is.), it's all there just waiting to happen. Also, the Kenobi movie has only been rumored. Ewan would be down to do it, but he's recently said he wanted to take a break and spend time with family, maybe work on writing and directing, but that could all just be code. If he's on the project, he's going to be under contract to not confirm anything until it's officially announced. So for now, it's just hearsay, but I wouldn't be surprised if it actually happened. Again, you need a story, and after that you're set to go. The problem though is that life doesn't become interesting until Episode IV. Maul's no longer around so he wouldn't be in it (Not that it would have made sense to a movie audience. You don't just do that and expect everyone to be on board, TV is the only way he could have been brought back and taken out.). You can't really have him have an adventure with Luke unless he's 4 or so and wouldn't completely remember Ben... well actually, you kind of could since Luke mentions him at dinner, but the Force would be way on the down low, all done behind Luke's back, but still, I wouldn't want to see that much. He's a hermit, how do you make it interesting and contributory to the Star Wars mythos without just throwing Sand People and Imperials at him? I'd like to think that a Rebel Pilot crash lands nearby, and they have important information, we don't need to know exactly what, but then Obi-Wan takes it upon himself to help the pilot find a way offworld before the Imperials track them down. However that was a pitch for a Rebels episode I thought up long before Maul even showed up for there to be a Ben Kenobi episode. To wrap things up, I wasn't expecting to make another long comment quite this lengthy, but I know you like them.

Great job! I never played the old battlefront games (I’m so young lol) but I’ve heard they were great! I enjoy the new ones. The campaign for II was very good, tho I have mixed feelings about Del and Iden (SPOILER) defecting. I just thought it was a very Disney twist (SPOILERS OVER FOR NOW). Oh wait I’m commenting on a MOC lol. You did a great job on the series. My favorite was probably the homestead.
