A new series about a group of average people that must survive the treacheries of rogue militant faction.
About this creation
Previously--A small plane landing to refuel was surrounded by an unidentified militant group.
"I'm sending in two men to retrieve one of your passengers," Reevis calls through the megaphone, his voice calm. "I need only the one. The rest of you will not be harmed if you cooperate."
"If you don't... my men are rarely considered 'forgiving'," Reevis adds as his men approach the plane.
Aboard, the passengers listen intently, dreading what comes next. Officer Carl starts to stand.
He runs the length of the plane to the cockpit.
"This is Officer Carl Danforth. Open the door," he demands. He waits for the pilot's response. "If you want to get out of this alive, I need you to--"
The door opens, and he dashes inside, locking it shut behind him.
Not a second later, two soldier enter the plane, both armed and on the lookout.
"We need just one of you. Female Passenger. We have photo here," the one in the lead instructs in a thick accent.
They search the plane and find only one female passenger, Danielle, but she doesn't match the picture.
"Maybe not passenger," the second soldier says, leveling his gun at Lizzy, the stewardess.
"Wha-what? I don't--Why would you want me?" she stammers, sweat trickling from her brow.
"Photo matches, girl. You know exactly what we're talking about. Come with us."
Blake, still intoxicated, glares at the soldiers as they move to leave. He remembers the stewardess' kindness toward him. How many glasses of 'complimentary' wine had she allowed him? She didn't deserve this.
This was nonsense. He used to be in the military after all. What were two soldiers to him?
"TAKE THIS!" Blake shouts, rising from his chair and smacking the nearest soldier with his cup.
Dizzy from the movement, Blake falls to the floor.
"No one takes my innocent stewardess-ess-es on my watch!" he slurs.
The second soldier clocks him in the back of the head with the but of his gun. Blake moans and doesn't move.
"You take the girl to boss. I'll stay with drunk man," the soldier tells his comrade.
The other soldier escorts Lizzy from the plane.
"Well done," Reevis says, though his voice has no enthusiasm. "Bring her here."
He clicks a set of handcuffs in place around Lizzy's wrist.
"Miss Townsend," Reevis says. "I'll be very honest with you. This meeting can go two ways for you. It could be bad..."
"Or it could be very bad."
