This is my entry for round 2 of the 2018's Eight Piece Building Challenge!
About this creation
I present to you all my Yellow Castle, in the fashion of 1978's set 375.
This castle is built on top of a green hill with a waterfall and has a solid stone bridge across leading to the front door. And it's made of 8 pieces.
For a further challenge, I wanted to use some parts of the '70s to show that they still are a valueable addition to your modern collection.
The old headlight brick offers a way to create a realistic opening, rather than a round one. The modified 1x2 brick (bricklink item number 3317) is part of a shovel and offers 2 windows on opposite sides. No modern alternative exists (to my knowledge).
The 1x1 round brick without groove looks more realistic.
