The upper floor is unused. I represented this by having 'flickering' lights up there, simulating a dodgy connection or two - or ghosts!
The real-life building. It's where I work, and I thought it'd be fun to build so I could show it at NELUG's annual Amherst Railway Show at the Big E Fairgrounds in West Springfield MA, as well as being able to place it in the lobby as a talking-point.
Showing some of the interior detail, highlighted by the LED lighting; one of the offices has a bike on the wall - this is my boss's office, and he does indeed put his bike there after he cycles in to work.
Plaque on the wall of this block; it's known as the "Morgan Block" and has a distinct architecture and history.
