Beautiful models of the Tornado which have now sadly left the British Air Force. Its performance even managed to get the respect of the Americans!

That's some incredible shaping going on here. Looks exactly like the real thing!

It is a very nice build of a Tornado. I loved this airplane when I was young. The Lego model matches the form of the original plane very well.

Excellent model. I used to work at the plant where they assemble these and with the imminent retirement of the plane it's nice to see someone build a respectable model of one from LEGO.

Quoting Tom's MOCs Very well done, excellent detail! I wonder about the fuel tanks / rockets suspended under the wings: it looks like they stay parallel to the fuselage even when the wings are retracted. Are they swivel-mounted on the wings? Is that true for the real plane too?
YES! Swing-wing aircraft such as the General Dynamics F-111 and the Tornado include a mechanism for swiveling the pylon as the wing sweeps fore or aft, in order to keep the pylon and store facing directly forwards at all times :) For my Lego model is the same, you can rotate them to always face forward :)
