War of 1812 MOC
About this creation
Hey everyone! This is the second MOC in my war history series. This time, it's the War of 1812, another 24x24 stud build. It shows the surrender of a lone, wounded British soldier following a shootout across a river that occurred when the Americans attacked a British camp. Just a note, I'm posting these MOCs chronologically, but I didn't build them all in order. This one was actually the last one I completed, and by then I was running pretty low on brown pieces. For this reason I couldn't make the dirt layer as thick as I would have liked over the light gray rocks, but I think it still turned out alright. Anyway, onto the pictures:

This is the front of the MOC, and it shows the British camp in the foreground and the surrendering survivor in the middle. Across the river, the American leader is giving some kind of order to the British soldier, probably telling him to stay put and not to pick up a gun.

In this picture, you can see the left side of the MOC. The river is lined with flowering plants, vibrant green foliage, and weapons of fallen soldiers.

This picture shows the right side of the MOC, where you can see a frog, seemingly unfazed by the situation around it, sitting at the edge of the river. You can also see the legs of an unfortunate British soldier who fell into the water.

Here, you can see the back of the MOC. The three standing Americans are negotiating the British survivor's surrender, while the dazed, wounded American sitting down is trying to determine how bad his injury is.

That's all for this MOC! More coming soon. I will do my best to continue posting at least one a week.

Hope you like it! Please tell me what you think in the comments!

Quoting AxuBuilder _ Great! I really like that you put many colours of clear pieces to show the streaming water. The flowers are also nice little builds! Sorry to comment so late on the creations, I've been pretty occupied with school and haven't got much time for bricking. :(
Thank you! That's alright. Hopefully you can return to building soon! :)
