Tropical cottage, perfect for a tranquil vacation.
About this creation
Hey guys! It's a me again!
This was really an experimental build for me. You see, I've been building a lot of buildings as of late. I noticed that I love certain colours. I should say shades. Black, white, and grey. With a few softer, sandy colours thrown in there.
So I decided to change it up. I would use the colours I don't normally use. And while I still fell back a bit on the colours I love, most of it is newer and unique. Normally a build like this spans a few weeks with a few hours every few days. This one only took two or three days. Now enough chit chat. To the house itself!
To clarify, the larger, black and red building houses the kitchen, seating area, and a bedroom on the second floor. The green and tan building on the right is a bathroom and guest house.
And a few last pictures:
I used many shades of many colours in this and it might be a bit chaotic but that's what this build was for.
Hope y'all enjoy. I'm hoping to join the chalenges in the Month Long Mayham group so stay tuned!
Nice one, Winn! I love how you maximized glazing space in the red house and weren't afraid to get a bit outside of your comfort zone with the color scheme (that's me doing Miniland Figures in the near future ;) ). Great job on the pool and chaises as well, makes an excellent central highlight. And... the palm tree seals the Tropic vibe. I look forward to attempting to match brick skills with you in the contest! Well done and God bless, ~Promar~
