Cricket native recon mecha
The cricket, a recon mecha used by the natives of the planet (named for the sake of a name X-62) for scouting areas of rich oxygen.
About this creation
Featured in the announcement for this theme, here's the Cricket! I modded the cockpit a bit to get rid of that ugly "nose" bulge, and armored up the legs. It reminds me of a cricket, just because it looks like it can UBER jump. The pilot is temporary. The cockpit was dificult in that i have a limited amount of pieces required for that jo. I'd love to get a trans. dark blue version of the dark blue exo-force panel i have on the top. Notice the control panel on the right side. I guess that's what the natives use to measure fuel and O2 levels, as well as turn it on and off.

Cockpit opened. The controls are very simple. You can see the panel afformentioned here

The rear. The armanment is still in development. I guess they're two gauss cannons...

I don't agree with the guy below me. I think it fits to the storyline. Just because humans may make mechas with arms, rocket launchers, etc. doesn't mean that this new race does. Great job- especially on the cockpit.

I think that it has some very good qualities to it. Ingenious.
