Zoos are really fun, right? The cute animals and the nice staff..... what about when everybody is dead and the animals are dieing for food... which could be you.
About this creation
In search of more materials to fortify the safehouse, two of the survivors, Sarge and Samson, venture into the zoo. They must be extremley careful not to wake the animals, though.... or whatever else may be occupying the exibits.....
A shot of sarge and samson walking by the statue that commemerates the zoo's founder, Robert Thompson. It would be the main photo if those two thing that my brother drew on my backround were'nt there.... sheesh, brothers.
top shot of the zoo.
do I even need to type it?
3/4 shot. I have played with the lighting in an attempt to make a sunset feel to the MOC.
the big animals broke out of their rusted cages.... that thing could still be running around somewhere....
angled shot of the zoo sign and the entrance.
ground level veiw of the sign, wall and entrance.
top shot of the two survivors walking down the main path.
another view of the statue. I don't think the staff would be happy to see a vine snaking over his shoulder.
I'll have to give credit to the guys on the OLT forums for the basic ideas.

This reminds me of a zombie comic I read where some monkeys at a zoo turned into zombies and the uninfected animals had to escape. This MOC is really nice, but i think it needs some more animals. |

It certainly looks run down, weeds and debris strewn all about. Now if only i could get my hands on enough money to bricklink some decent parts... |

Wow i love the zoo it is cool, i also like how you cover all the aspects of the zombie apocalypse by not just making a town or someting. |

This is pretty sad. Can't wait to see a mad lion running around, dying of hunger! No, actually, I'm just kidding. But that's a nice zoo setup, I wish I could have seen it during its glory days. Man, you should make a movie or something, this is cool! |

I've been following this for sometime now, I'm a HUGE zombie horror fan and this is just awesome. Sorry that I haven't said something sooner but OSU has demanding classes! |

Good job very nice use of grey. My only complainet is what happened to the other survivors???? Also you might want to make a city or town next. That would be really cool. Well, anyways good job. Liked the MOC overall. 5/5 |

Woah better stay away from that zoo hehe. You did another great job, I like how you apply detail to give the effect as if no one's visited, any of the places you made, in years. Great work. |
