Yep, another half-baked, psuedo-classic space dealy.
About this creation
Greetings friends! I'm just a friendly infomercial-bot
from General Dynamics Inc. How many times how you been
out and about, doing some lunar prospecting, when all of a sudden,
nature calls?! Oh the inconvenience!! (You swear you didn't need
to go before leaving the airlock...) Miles away from the nearest moonbase,
the thought of just going into your spacesuit nappy and
contiuing to work the rest of your 6 hour shift in your own
No.2s just doesn't do it for you? Then you need: Apolloo 3000!
*echo, echo...*
Just sign up with our exclusive service and you'll never be
more than 10 minutes away from total relief. We have an entire FLEET
of modern, relatively clean, rocket-powered astro-johns waiting for
your call. Still not convinced? Then here's some testimonial
from other statisfied customers:
Red space minifig: "Yep, no doubt dog! Apolloo saved
my keister quite a few times bro! Boo-yar!"
Yellow space minifig: "I like the part when I did the poo poo."
Blue space minifig: "Uh huh huuhhuuhhhuhuhuuh...huhuhhuh..."
Well there you have it folks! No matter where you are
on our Moon or what you're doing; prospecting in Mare Frigoris
to lunar motorcross racing in Mare Nectaris,
we are ready for your waste! Call today!!
Here's our friend, out in his little lunar rover thingy
(my old moon baseplates would REALLY come in handy right about now...)
"Oh man...I gotta go...BAD!"
"Luckily I signed up with General Dynamic's Apolloo 3000 service!
Just a quick call..."
"..."
"Ahh! Here it is!"
*doors open*
*makes bee-line for toilet*
"Hey, a little privacy please!"
*red 'occupied' light comes on*
*various rude toilet noises*
"Ta-da! All better!" The face of relief.
(Any side effects [like the sudden appearence minifig goatees]
experienced whilst using Apollo 3000 are purely coincidental.)
"Thank you Apolloo 3000!"
*graceful blastoff*
General shots of the Apolloo.
Note that the rocket nozzle isn't centered due to the sides
being 7 studs long. Why? good question!
White fuel tanks.
Basic toilet. (Porcellan is still used well into the future ;)

Brilliantly, wonderfully funny and creative! You've spotted a very obvious gap in the orginal Classic Space range and you've filled it admirably! |

Very nice. I thought that the suits were built to be able to be pooed into... Oh well. Great concept, Ocean, and nice execution. |

I was just surfing your site, looking at some of your older stuff, and bam!! I find this. I laughed out loud causing my co-workers to question my sanity. Godd job and a nice laugh! |

That's messed up. Great work all around. 5/5 is the only vote I can give this because they won't let me go any higher. Try decaf ;-) |

You get a 5 on sheer principle. This is something that everyone thinks about, but no one does anything about. You, Mr. Ocean, have delivered yet again. Oh, and the moc itself is great too. I know I tend to comment on the ideas behind the mocs and neglect the moc itself, but that's what happens when I'm bombarded with brilliant work such as this. Keep it up. ~ Chris. |

Too funny - always wondered what would happen if one needed to have a BM in a spacesuit. Very clever. Lee. |

I have to give this five stars just for the premise and (especially) the name, but it's also very classic-spacey. I especially like the little fuel tanks in the top compartment. |
