A few pics on the internal and external walls and detail
About this creation
A first attempt at a Church. I found this was a lot of fun trying to get the decorations on the outside walls and the right overall height, trying to keep it Minifig scale and all. Unlike buiding Castles, I feel building these sort of buiding involve a whole lot more skill and more pre-planning.
I had a feel for White for a Church, it just seems that the decorated walls and such stand out more in white. I started building this MOC, shortly after I finished building Davescastle 1. It took me around 40 hours in total.
The Tower that sits beside the Church stands Two floors high, and is pretty much the sleeping quarters for the monks and priests. I had put a lot of effort into the internals, having an altar, a decorated aisle with the Cross and the Churchs loyalty to the Lion Knights with a Flag in their Honor and behind that a secret vault and secret exit with Minifig scale pews and even the Holy water bowls and Candles.
I don't know what nik is even talking about. he needs to slap himself. I love this church and all your other mocs. Your wicked!!!!!!!!!!!! Nik once again slap yourself and then think: everyone else has given it 5 stars cos its fabulous. ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Deal with it!!!!!!!!!!!

What a nice little church! Very concise and nicely shaped. You seem to have made good use of the Lego you have. I like your use of unconventional colors such as the green pews and red and yellow candle sticks. I'm a little disturbed by the wizard practicing magic behind the altar, however, and the King Leo Lion banner has got to go, or at least get out from behind the crucifix. It's too distracting and irreverent. I didn't notice any confessionals either. Are the parishoner of Dave's church really that well behaved? I noticed the pews are empty!
