A clumsy vignette representing the nature of a loving mother and her child. I'm going to kill myself.
About this creation

Dedicated to loving mothers worldwide, this vignette veers my mind off course of its usual military attitude.

Designed in 15 minutes for my mother on Valentineís Day, Iíve slowly modified this statuette to the point of which I figured I could post it.

Yes, I must admit it is not realistic. The design is not very good, and the overall impression is too blockish. But at least (a) it is color-accurate, and (b) any mother would appreciate it, because they understand things that other people cannot. Iím not a mother, but my female parent is one.

If you canít tell what it is, itís supposed to resemble a mother holding a little child in her arms. The child, amused at being lifted from the ground, moves his legs in a gesture of contentment.

Itís pathetic, I know. I'm not very experienced in sculpturing. But at least letís try to recognize the meaning behind it.

I may be whimsical every once and a while, but I hope there are at least a few others out there who understand why I posted this ugly contraption.

I don't see why you're so disappointed with it... it perfectly captures the maternal bond feeling. I especially like the child.

This is lovely! I don't care if it looks blocky, the message is loud and clear. Plus, I LOVE how you made the child's arms extend outwards, SOOO adorable! Who ever though Lego could be so cute?
