About this creation
This is my model of the Russian Soyuz capsule which transports up to 3 Russian cosmonauts up in to and back down from space. It has been in service since 1967. It is a quite versatile craft, with a complicated docking mechanism that allows it to dock with a wide range of other craft, including the International Space Station.
I think this is o.k. model of it. The curves in the different modules were hard to make look realistic (look at a diagram of the actual thing!) I wish I could have the base better; I had to use a stupid 40-tooth gear. I did manage to do pretty much the whole thing in the actual gray though.
