DCC Signal
This is a DCC controlled pair of signals.
About this creation
This is a working pair of signals based on the Digitrax TF4 Quad Function Decoder. The signals get power and control information directly from the track - no need for unsightly wires running across the layout. The signal units can be broken down for transport. Most of the light gray elements are glued together to protect the wiring; however, the 6x6 base plates are not glued to the signals so that they can seperate easily in the event of a wayward hand or foot.

Lots of wires crammed in there! The foreground signal base has the Digitrax TF4 decoder installed in it.

Nice use of LED's. This is the only set of functioning signals I've seen. I was trying to figure out how to do this with DC. How hard was the conversion to DCC?
