Mukraatan's dangerous behemoth captain comes to the surface.
About this creation
We begin our visual epic with Isis and an adversary, weapons locked in confrontation.
Isis: What are you?!
??: Prepare the way! Must prepare the way!
??: I must prepare the way for my master. You must be removed!
Unknown voice: Not happening, punk.
??: You shall not intervene!
Unknown Voice: You're in my way.
??: Yaaaaaah! My head! My mind!
Gurunu: Isis, finish him!
Silently obeying, Isis jumpkicks the adversary to the ground, knocking him unconscious.
Isis: Thank you, Toa Gurunu. What was that thing?
Gurunu: A Crapas Drone, a mass of parts jumbled together and possessed by a sentient energy form of some type. We encountered these as Toa- .... Kueva....
Gurunu: It's nothing, I'm fine.
Gurunu: This one tried to use a Stave of Hunger on you. This bot can steal life-force.
Gurunu: You were lucky. He didn't activate it. This has a lot of life-force absorbed in it.
Unknown Voice: My herald is asleep on the job! Pitiful!
Gurunu: What are you?
Leviathan: I am a loyal servant to Mukraatan, Leviathan! I am the most powerful behemoth in his command! But you can call me Jimbob.
Isis: Um... No thank you?
Gurunu: I remember these things. Goofy, but insanely powerful...
Leviathan: Ah, I've heard of you Gurunu! I smell my master's blood on your mask! (See Gurunu: Demi-Toa of Space.)
Gurunu: Isis, run. Notify Nimbus that a behemoth and a Crapas Drone have come to the surface.
Isis: It's done.
Leviathan: So Gurunu, it's been a while! Why not ride on my shoulder while I destroy Ni-Kueva? How about it? It's a once-in-a-lifetime offer! I'll even kill you quickly and painlessly afterwards!
Gurunu: Here's my answer, freakshow.
Gurunu Channels his attack through the lifeforce stored in the Crapas Drone's weapon, creating a sentient mass of Dark Matter.
Leviathan: Get it off! Get it off! It's groping me!
Gurunu: My power alone won't be enough to stop him... Oh how I wish for my Turaga days... Then I would never have to worry about sticking my neck out in combat... Containing my Demi-Toa savagery... The jealously of watching the others become Toa Kuelu...
Gurunu: Those were good days, those as Turaga.
Leviathan: Hah, it's off! Now for you...
Leviathan: Taste raw energy!
Gurunu: *GASP* .... You son of a...
Leviathan: OOOOO! You make an intersting claim, Gurunu! You wanna be a turaga again!
Leviathan: That might be worth not destroying little miss Nimbus' domain! Hmmm.... Very interesting...
Leviathan: You know, Mukraatan was never very compassionate as an individual, always cold, never willing to understand....
Leviathan: But hey, what does the old ball of shadow know, right? We're pals, we can make a few bargains here and there without the old coot knowing!
Gurunu: First, we're not friends, or allies for that matter. Second, what are you getting at?
Leviathan: Aw, buddy, you hurt my feelings when you say stuff like that! But I'm a nice guy, so I'll offer my bargain anyway. Give me your Toa Power, and I'll go back into the little hole I crawled out of! You'll get to be a Turaga again, and I'll have something to show Mukraatan other than the stink of failure!
Gurunu: Forget it.
Leviathan grabs Gurunu, picking him up.
Leviathan: Hey, buddy, I'm offering you a good deal here. I mean, you can keep your power, you'll just die. This is a good bargain here, Gurunu!
Gurunu: You'll leave Ni-Kueva alone?
Leviathan: Cross my evil blackened heart!
Gurunu: ....fine, just stop calling me "Buddy".
Leviathan: YOU GOT IT!
Leviathan: Look into my creepy glowy eyes!
Leviathan: Good! Now let go of your Toa Power! .... Good, I feel it coming!
Upon completing the deal, Gurunu is turned....
... Into a Turaga.
Leviathan: The transaction is complete! Come again and have a nice day! I'm off to the underworld! Toodles... Buddy!
Gurunu: I said-
Gurunu, now pensive, once again, eyes his new form.
Feeling none of the savage anger as a Demi-Toa, he removes his old mask...
Reaching for his original turaga mask. He puts it on.
He felt an inner peace, as if Mata-Nui smiled upon him for, once again, embracing his destiny as a turaga, not a toa. Paired with that, however was the urgency to alert the toa of the new threat that is The Leviathan.
