At a first glance it looks nice: the all-black colourscheme gives the boat something creepy. But I have to agree with Robin dB: with a little bit more other colours, you could bring accents to the ship, and bring the blackness more to 'live'. With just some dark-gray bricks you could make a lot of improvements.
Also like Robin DB, I wonder where your sails are (although I can imagine that you haven't made them yet). I think that sails can give the finishing touch of such a project :).
I really like the back of the ship. It isn't much higher than the most upper deck , which is good. I've seen ships with such an enormous behind, that you wonder if it will fall back. Not with your ship: I think that it's in good scale with the rest of the ship, although I would have liked more 'nice features' at the rearside. Just some nice, black and gray ornaments would give the ship some more status.
The front... That is quite the contrary. I like your use of chains, but I actually miss a section there. It now looks like the Kraken has had a bite from the front.
I don't like your overextensive use of guns. I agree, a lot of guns can be awsome, but over here it doens't look right. It would really improve if you remove the lowest section and add them to the two upper rows. And of course, you need something to close the gunholes.
To conclude, I think that it looks promising, your design is neat, but I think that it isn't quite finished yet, and could still be improved. Therefor I give you at the moment only three stars.
PS: I really wonder how you would access the lowest deck :).
finally, you are the first one in some time that made a great pirateship,
I love it, great guns (well, actually the Black Pearl has only two decks with guns instead of three, but I alway say; the more the better). Good job, wait a minute... Is that Davy Jones ?
I like it

nice scale! but there's more than stuffing your ship with cannons!
And I see only black! you can add more details and crew, where are the sails?
