A special operations version of my WAR DOLL Combat Hardsuit, with surveillance/targeting array and heavy sniper rifle. It’s the same basic frame as the original, but many of the details have been changed. And it’s black…;-)
"I'm telling you Steve, your gonna regret it. Black is impossible to keep clean..."
@Capt. Awesome – The barrel is a whip antenna with tank treads clipped to it.
@Makuta Bane – Check the pics of the silver one. I think it’s easier to see how it’s done in those. The only thing you really can’t see is the internal structure, which is simply the upper half of an Indy motorcycle with a 4L bar (lightsaber blade) in the clips, to which both the legs and the main fairing are attached to.
@Seth Marcus - The main body attaches to the 4L bar with a single horizontal clip plate centered on a jumper tile. The real support, however, comes from the fact that the framework that holds the bionicle pieces together slides neatly on to the fender of the Indy motorcycle fairing, thus holding it securely in place.
Omg! its awesome! you never seize to amaze me... But may I ask how you make your backgrounds? As you can see from my creation, The Ravenger, my backgrounds are horrible, so I wanted to ask a proffesional.
yet another incredible Mech. yes, it's certainly going to be a while before my Mechs look anything like this. once again I love your creative use of Bionicle elements. out of curiosity, is this thing manned? based on the fact that pretty much all of your Mechs that I've seen are manned, I'd assume it is. however, I can't imagine how a minifig would fit in that thing.
i'm a huge mech fan. could u possibly send instructions and parts list to my email. its email@example.com thanks for ur idea. i think i AWESOME!!
I like it

I could have sworn I commented on this before... anyway! This is one of my favorite little mechs, you've packed so much detail into it, and made it all work together so well. The black is really intimidating, and you can just picture it smashing into buildings in the dead of night to eliminate a target.
This has been driving me crazy, in small picture #5 from the top (shows the back of your hardsuit), there is one piece that I have seen in a lot of mocs recently, but cannot figure out what it is. In your moc, it is a circular detail piece with angled outer edge. It is on the back of the leg, between the 1x1 tile with tooth jutting out and the small wing piece on the upper leg. If you, or someone else here could please tell me its name and peeron part # I would be very grateful.
Its Kyle you remember me right?
Wow it's been a long time since I was on MOCpages I have been a little to distracted with other things but hey I thought I would let you know that I'm back in action for good.
I love the black color! It also looks so much better. Can u send me instruction so I can stop asking and figure out how to build my own stuff? srry for annoying u, but could u make another version, maybe a blue one or something with weapons off of Chrome Hounds. That would be awesome. Thx.
HEHE!, no more school troubles for me, i'm now being homeschooled, it's heaps better, AND i get to use my LEGO more Often.
~Martin (oh right, gatta talk about this, sorry!)
I have posted a new "Spider" Mech, named
Ar-Mech-nid, if you wann check it out, it is my latest.
I understand. School will get in the way for me when summer ends :-(, but you have work which is at a much grander scale!
On a side note: Seriously Brian, you're hogging page one of the highest rated! :-) You have six things up, while I only have two! Congrats on your success! I'm gonna keep improving until I become as good as you! (It may take a few years!) See ya later! ~Sho
Sorry Sho, no huge mech in the works right now. At least not yet...;-) Actually, I have several MOCs that I am working on, but I have had almost no time to build recently. Rest assured though, that I have no plans to leave MOCpages or to stop playing with laygoes. Unfortunately, it’s the real world that will dictate when and how often I am able to post new creations, and not me.
It's eery how perfectly I did that the other day. I guess staring at the framework for a while it just kinda hits you. Now that I have a *somewhat* perfect WAR DOLL, I'll stop pestering you with my life's story and let you get back to your next amazing MOC. Thanks again! ^_^
This is by far the best MOC of this scale and theme that I have ever seen. Truly inspired. If those front pieces are from Bionicle (I think a post on the silver one says that), I may have to run out and get some. I never cared for that line before, but now I'm in love. -N.
Again, brilliant, Brilliant, BRILLIANT!!! Excellent work, Mr. Noodle. I think I prefer this one, I like the details better. I know it will sound n00bis of me, but I can not figure out how that frame goes together, could you help me out? (or not, what ever). Again, thanks for giving us such inspiring material to drool at!
lolololol,i didnt think it woulod fit a minifig till i saw it opened up,bnow i wanna make a war doll based creation, actually, bye, ima do that whilst im sinpired, ill make it wreak havoc on a poor population of "civilians who are trapped on a planetary prison city
