Hot Rodding- episode 2 "Bare Bones"
who will be the host for this show? will the motorized jack work? will we be able to strip it to the bones? you have the chance to find out now!
About this creation
Welcome all to the episode 2 of hotrodding! today we will consult with our....never mind. let the moc do the talking!
background: this is a hotrod i found in the middle of a forest now im going to bring it back alive!
to learn more go to: episode 1

now i, apple pie, dont have my own hot-rod shop, so i need a host for this show who has a chassis shop, and who better to be a host then everyone's favourite 4-wider, Dylan D, who is over at "Denton's hot-rod chassis and accesories!!

cue music: ***DENTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooonnnnN's***

"weal howdy peoples"-says d boy

"these are my machines"-says d boy

"holy #$@&;! from apple pie?!!? what is this??? SECURITY! i need an icebag! i think im gonna die!"-says d boy (notice the door fell off!)

"lets see what we can do here...ah! yes! replace the front tires!"-says the boy in the black jacket

"yes!"-he says

those are not the final wheels, i refuse to put on the final wheels so soon so i put on some of those dont worry you will never see those again until the next 2 episodes

"okey dokey, we're gonna need something that will make this car go up the car lift so the jack can access it. so how about this patented car motor?"- i tried to make it as nice and detailed as possible!!!!!

like the pic quality?

here is dylan putting the motor on the car! he says: "no-t hea-vy- at -all"

in next episode, we will remove that fuel tank and add an engine so now you know why that fuel tank i still there.

now the car will go up the ramp...BTW, dylan controls the motor with a switch(forgot to show)!

"easy does it"-says d boy

ok now he operates the automatic jack, to lift the car so he can unscrew the fittings of the body panels and pipes and wire stuff under the chassis

look at this video for all the motorized action:

ok after this "action" we're ready to move the body panels!

we removed the rusty engine remainings(from the previous engine)
and then...

we remove the mechanism that connects the steering wheel to the front wheels...

did you think i already started work on this car? no! we havent started at all yet! because we have to start from here! :-) :-)

i hope you all enjoyed this. because i worked my butt off trying to make these machines and Dylan's sig-fig! why the hurry? because Dylan dared me to post it yesterday but i coudnlt. so i rushed a lot but to me i got a room full of technic and legobrick joy! i mean how fun is a motorized jack?

Please Comment

next episode info:
will Dylan survive the heat of the machines?
is the engine going to arive?
can we safely remove the gas tank?
-all will be answered soon!

it's not very often i'd say holy #$@&; but i think i would if you randomly gave me this rusty bucket of a car. Not because of excitement, but the fear of the hard labor slowly harming me till my very unfortunate hot-rod related death! (oops i revealed the next episode) Anyways, good progress! That Dylan guy is a genious! Especially the way he runs that brilliant jack! haha! I type a lot! 5/5
