Insignia Class
The Insignia Class is a replacement for the ageing Galaxy and Excelsior Classes. The Insignia Class has become a companion to the Intrepid class, augmenting the Galaxy and Excelsior Classes shortcomings particularly maneuverability. The Insignia Class is small, maneuverable, fast, and powerful, packing more of a punch then a Galaxy Class starship while being as maneuverable as a ship half the size. The U.S.S. Insignia was launched in 2409 followed by the U.S.S. Pioneer in 2415 and the U.S.S. Enterprise-F in 2423. The Insignia Class measures 700 X 400 meters and has 14 decks. The ship is armed with 9 Type XX Phasers, 8 Type X Pulse Phaser Cannons, 4 Photon Torpedo Launchers, and a Quantum Torpedo Launcher. The Insignia is protected by Ablative Hull Amour and an MLSS (Multi layer Shield System). It is also the fastest known ship capable of reaching speeds of Warp 19.72.

don't trans-warp and quantum slip-stream drive and a few more go past warp 10, for instance, in the episode "All Things Good" admral Riker is heard giving the order to go to earth at warp 13... and in a episode of TOS the enterprise some how gets flung at a speed of beyond warp 15 or 20, some thing to that degree. and in that episode of TNG the alien called the "travler" flings the Enterprise very, very ,very far away in a mater of a few seconds, it must have ben a extreamly high warp speed!! i could list more, but my fingers hurt, great ship btw!

just to clarify, the ST: Voyager episode was called threshold not evolution
