Greeblimus - The Superior Cyborg
Greeblimus. My crowning glory. My most detailed creation ever - but maybe not for long.
About this creation
Inspiration for Greeblimus comes from:
KOTOR 2's HK-50 droids.

The Toa Metru - most notably Whenua.

Gangsta C3-P0

SPORE. The Xalosians and Prud and stuff are all from my spore game.

This is the second of my 'Edz challenge MOCs (The first also appears a little bit on this page)

Greeblimus is one of the Corellion Droid Company's crowning glories. His language and speech recognition software is the most advanced in the galaxy. His opposable thumbs allow him to grasp a varety of implemets - from the helm of a spacecraft to an ink pen. Greeblimus was one of the prize posessions of the Xalosan Lord, Mortus Henrik, until a fateful attack from the Prud Empre over the forest planet of Equinia. Mortus perished, but greeblimus landed safely in a swamp near the equator of the planet - head first. Curious as to why he was in what appeared to be an uninhabited world rather than the royal Marrocono concert on Ramenhov, Greeblimus sat down in the water and fiddled with the reeds.
Sometime later a lone creature - obviously tribal - encountered the strange metal man. It put down its spear and blowpipe and scampered over to him. Greeblimus, seeing that these creatures were obviously the dominant species here, and also that the probability of hs master's demise was 100%, he mutely followed the thing to what must have been its village.
He remains there to ths day.

MOC: Greeblimus takes his name from the amount of greebles I added to him. The chest peice was the hardest. I must have spent an hour trying to wrench it into place before I got it right.
The "Ed" on this 'Edz challenge MOC is that of a LEGO elephant - minus the trunk and ears, and with 2 barraki eyes at the front to give that rather vacant expression of his.

The whole idea behind this guy was to make a sort of 1950s Sci-Fi looking robot. I succeeded.

This is the back.

He has storage compartments in his legs for treats.

Just a profile pic, cos he looks cool.

Here he is sat down. oftentimes my MOCs cant sit down properly, but Greeblimus can with no problem.

Here he is next to the Night Goblin for a size comparison.
