Just going along with the spirit of the times... It's a strange world out there.
About this creation
When zombies attacked the Zucker family zucchini farm, the twins Zane and Zelda discovered their true calling in life: fighting off the undead. They decided to sell the farm and become professional zombie hunters.
They used part of the proceeds to convert their grandfather's old farm truck into a halftrack because Zane thought it looked cool (although Zelda maintains that the money should have gone into a more practical roof-mounted flamethrower) and outfitted it with the tools of their new trade.
They quickly agreed on an equitable division of labor: Zane does most of the driving, and Zelda handles most of the weapons. In the back, two chainsaws, two fully automatic AR-15's, two revolvers (atop the storage cupboards), two shiny knives (behind the chainsaws), and a hatchet make up the arsenal.
A short-barreled pistol grip 12-guage pump rides shotgun. Zane may need it in situations where Zelda is occupied in back, and he can't just run the zombies over.
Christening the refurbished old beast Zeitgeist, the Zucker twins embarked on their new life in this zombie infested world...
Zane and Zelda have certainly answered the call to retrain for the 21st century work force. Can you give us an update 2 years later: have they expanded to a franchise operation, or have they settled down to teach zombie splattering classes?
I know it might just all be part of the gov't controlled media campaign to instill fear into the hearts of civilians, but doesn't it seem to you that you hear about Zombie-Killers a LOT more than you ACTUALLY hear about Zombies.
Nonetheless, this is a very very cool build, although I'm sure they'll spend most of their time driving around high schools recruiting kids to join the zombie-killing division of the military...
Awesome, I love anything to do with zombies. Aside from this great moc, i'd just like to tell you that i made a sig fig story with you in it and i'd like you to check it out. If you can't or don't, I understand, so thanks either way.
That is one of the sweetest military trucks I have ever seen! I love the colour scheme and the overall look of the vehicle. I know when people see this they think "do I have too?" but...could you please post instructions?!? Thanks a lot and check out my stuff!

nice try but i thought smashing pumpkin's album ''zeitgeist''
rocked this ,still good though.
I think the driver got the raw end of the deal. I mean, running zombies over is a blast and all, but I would feel left out if I didn't get to do a little chainsawing every so often. Well, what do I know? Great vehicle.
That sweet ride with all those boys-toys makes me want to consider a career change as well! My wife's an art teacher, and based upon what she says, there are plenty of zombies over at the high school...might be a niche to fill. Hook me up with that chainsaw!
Hey! That's awesome!!! I love the half track design and the color gives it a great rusty look suiting the post-apoc theme well. Nice detail in the trunk (make your own double entendre) with the storage bins and side paneling. Great work, happy MOCtober!!! Peace - Patrick

As Apocalypse rides go, this is probably the most realistic and fun vehicle I've seen. That back portion looks so cool, all the weapons and gear in the trunk give it a high playability factor. I'd love to see this truck in some large Apocalyptic dioramas.

5/5 for the blood-spatter alone man. This comment was brought to you by the letter Z.
It's sad that they have to hunt zombies instead of having a nice life on the family farm. Don't Spinal Tap have a song about the joys of farming? I don't know what made me think of that, but i do think that Zelda is right. A flame thrower would be so much fun. I mean, a good weapon. Toasty the zombie boy doesn't agree with me, but he's dead so he can't vote anyway. See ya in the future, hope it ain't that one. garth
Nothin' quite like spilling guts of the undead and creating zombie burgers out of 'em. Mmmm. . . the sweet taste of cooked flesh on a juicy bun. What? I used to do it all the time as a little kid. It tastes even better with zucchini. Delicious.
Shannon, I saw a very this a very long time on flickr. And the cats? Are you quitting on us? We not good for you? Anywho, the build itself I'd very good. I would put in some C&C, but I have none. Sorry.
Just a great idea man! Zombie hunters! :O Gosh this is scary :P your vehicle is so accurate by the way, the rear section with those double wheels are interesting... i hope to see more vehicles from you.. keep it up Mr. Famous ;p >>> peace.. fofo
Very enjoyable ! Great Post-Apoc vehicle, with a color scheme which makes it looks a bit steampunk. The design is cute. I love when this type of MOC don't look too serious and here it's the case. Great job !
