The Monsters are Due on Maple Street
The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices- to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children... the children yet unborn. And the pity of it is... that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.
About this creation

Steve Brand watches the meteor sound. He stops washing his car and stares at the sky. I used the fire hose nozzle for the washing part.

Don questioning the non start of the car. I can't really have 2 Steves, but according to the story, Don is having a strange thought.

A Volkswagen Beetle I created some time ago. I have to have a 50's car, right?

There are always lights on Maple Street. They are always on, except at 6:00.

This is the rear view. Nice to see it all.

Haha. This one was my favorite skit. I actually recited this in a class. I played Steve!
