Sorry about the pictures, I'm stuck with a camera phone.
While this isnít the tallest mech Iíve built it is by far the widest, bulkiest, and heaviest, so Massive was an apt name.
The Massive is also the most heavily armed mech in Brick Bay sporting twice the spread of most of my other original (few though they are) mechs.
Most of the time after I finish a build I tear it down and start a new one often times saving some details. The Massive saves several pieces from the Heavy Metal design: The back vents as you can see, the missile pod, and the general design of the feet.
Another idea saved from Heavy Metal was the idea of the Minigun; although in this case itís been upgraded to a big Rotary Cannon, firing up to 75 rds/min.
Like the minigun the Cannon has barrels that spin, the gray ammo drum also spins in sync with the barrels.
The mounting for the missile pod was reinforced to help hold it in place.
While most of my mechs have relatively bulky legs, this is carried even further in Massive increasing from a width standard four studs to six.
It may not look like it but this is crouching, even so Massive still presents quite a target.
Building an opening cockpit with this slim a windshield was fun in the end it came out unique, opening up the left side of the torso along with the canopy.
I just looked through a bit of your stuff and I gotta say your good at legs. I have never been in to bulky mecha I like sleek styilish colored and not chrome hound style designs but i think you have changed my mind
