The level of implied violence represented by the insectoid minifig is facinating.
No matter what fiction may tell you cybernetics is a very unattractive and painful business - the amount of drugs necessary to keep tissue rejection at bay is enough to make any sane person squeemish for starters, and any PC tech worth their salt will tell you the last thing you want in your head is a CPU... I mean come on people!
very nice! i like all the detail, from various cables and mechanic parts, to the guard over seeing the process. reminds me of the strogg from the quake series. by the way, what exactly are they doing to the victim.
Awesome! I remember one of the first sets I got was the smallest Insectoid set out there… even then, I was hungry for more, MORE!! My hunger for legos is never satisfied……… oh and, neat lobotomy spider droid. I think its logo should be: It MINDS its own business! :)
Huh, well... That's ironic. 'Cause Tissue rejection drugs and a CPU for my brain is what I put on my Christmas list this year. I was on the naughty list though so I got Megabloks in my stocking. Oh well, maybe next year! (great moc btw... like you need me to tell you that) ~ Chris.
