About this creation

This is the business end of the caterpillar 385C fitted with a Heavy Duty Rock (HDR) bucket rated at 4.5cu metres capacity this size bucket is used for aggressive
bucket loading in highly abrasive rock such as shot rock and granite.

You can see the Additional, thicker bottom wear
strips for improved wear in abrasive
applications which are represented by the gray Plates these would be used to protect the bucket from excessive wear.

This Models bucket is also fitted with Large thick side plates cutters on the corners for maximum protection in rocky materials.

This is the 385C with its boom and 4.5cu m bucket fully extended along the ground.
the tracks are 5ft high or in brick terms five studs high.
