I started off trying to come up with tower to compliment the King's Castle Siege, but then this happened. Here's the story: Seeing one of Mordock's dragon scouts swooping over Lake Glom, a soldier gives the last full measure by lighting the signal fire instead of heading for cover.
About this creation
The fire is lit and Lord Jerek's troops rush to the aid of the guard, but it's too late.
The dragon gets a tasty treat, and Mordock's troops claim another Glomshire helmet as a trophy.
Lord Jerek's troops employ crossbowmen and an archer, but only a luck shot can dismount Mordock's scout from his perch atop the dragon.
More troops rush into the tower, which was built by Jerek's great-great grandfather (Lord Elvi) to warn Glomshire of attacks coming across the vast waters of Lake Glom.
Things aren't looking good for the guard.
A shot of the complete MOC. No spectacular or innovative building techniques here, and I'm sure someone will say I should have gone with snot water or other snot, but I'm happy with this. I might just develop this story line into the next Glomshire film.
Hey, this is a GREAT tower! IMO you don't have to use fancy techniques as long as you know where you're going, and you definately do know! The posing of the dragon in the last picture is right on spot, a superb photo. After seeing this I'm concidering bringing out my old Castle sets... Thank you!
