This piece of work is a lich from the Warcraft series. Once again, I was inspired by Zach Baker's model, but I wanted to go minifig-scale, which was a real challenge. I'm amazed this came together without cutting or gluing anything.
About this creation
Just a side profile of the lich, so you can see how I connected the chains and did the capes. The chains were probably the easiest part of this MOC.
This is a shot of the headdress, in case any of you were curious. This model was the best out of about 6 that I tried.
The lich casts an icy spell! If you've seen my frost wyrm, you can guess that I'm a fan of using these Bionicle "shadow bugs" as ice pieces.
My only regret with this MOC is the lack of color. Typically, liches are more extravagantly decorated. Perhaps if I ever figure out how to do custom capes, I'll make a version 2.0...
