Lucky Pierre's Pizza Parlor - Finished! . Lucky Pierre's -- where if you get your pizza sometime today you're lucky! . I took this to Brickworld but wasn't happy with it -- it just didn't feel finished. Thanks to Pick-A-Brick, I got enough of the black brackets to add the finishing touch to the windows. Of course, I had to tweak how the windows were installed to do it, but I like the final result much better than what we saw in the WIP post. I also added some shelving, tightened up the sidewalk and added a little greenery. I installed a vent hood on the oven (which I tightened up by two studs, along with the sink). Let's take a quick tour of Lucky Pierre's Pizza Parlor, shall we? While most people think pizza parlors are dine-in, Lucky Pierre doesn't feel that way. He just wanted an alliterative name for his business. If you want to eat at Lucky Pierre's you'll either stand outside or sit on the ground because, as he once said, "I'm not paying good money for furniture -- you do that and people will want to sit on it. I just want 'em to get their food and get out." Hmmm, that light fixture needs adjusted -- must have bumped it the move from my build table. One yummy pizza ready to be boxed up and taken out the door! Lucky Pierre himself! Lucky Pierre's "We'll get it there -- evenutally" guarantee is carried out by delivery staff who fly through the streets on bicycles. Additional note: Look for Lucky Pierre's in the comic "BlockoCop" later this summer!
